A amizade e a troca de experiências antes, durante e depois dos treinos é uma das coisas mais importantes que vocês podem ganhar além do condicionamento físico e da sensação de bem estar que o CrossFit te proporciona.

Portanto conhecer seus amigos e saber o nome deles é crucial.

Primeiro porque você pode precisar gritar o nome dele durante um Wod ou simplesmente incentivá-lo a fazer a ultima e tão sofrida repetição.
Continuando nossa série de apresentações hoje eu gostaria que vocês conhecessem o Claudio Calasans. Ele já chegou à box super bem fisicamente fazendo suas corridas… mas hoje, depois de alguns meses de CrossFit ele está voando e com certeza á um dos alunos mais animados do box!

Quem puder troque uma idéia com ele, com certeza sairão mais sábios desse papo.

No dia 31/05 o Claudio vai representar a JB na Bravus Race junto com a Vivi e o Vinicius, que já ganharam um post aqui.
