É nitida a diferença entre as duas fotos. Na verdade ela dispensa comentários.
Mas gostaria de compartilhar o depoimento da aluna de como foi que ela passou por esses 30 dias.
O mais interessante é ver como além dos resultados estéticos a dieta melhorou a performance e o bem estar dos praticantes.
A base da piramide do crossfit é a nutrição.

E vimos como ela pode melhorar a nossa disposiçao durante o dia e melhorar o rendimento no treino.
Assim como é estranho voce fumar apos o treino também é estranho voce comer um monte de besteiras durante o seu dia.

Quando a Nat apresentou a ideia do Whole30, pensei: nem sonhando! Sem ser uma aficionada por carnes, incrédula, passei a primeira semana em sofrimento. Aos poucos, já ao fim da primeira semana, o corpo se adaptou à ausência da lactose e grãos, que antes serviam de base para minha pirâmide alimentar. O pãozinho, doces, massas, tudo o que
eu comia resumia-se a trocar por banana da terra. Fome, eu não sentia. Na metade dos 30 dias, fizemos um exercício adaptado daquele primeiro que serviria de parâmetro ao fim da “dieta” e, ali, já pude ver a melhora no rendimento. Aos poucos, fui me sentindo mais rápida e forte, mais eficiente nos movimentos.
Nesse meio tempo, fui descobrindo outras fontes de alimentos e preparo; logo, mudei meu estilo de vida completamente.
Ao fim dos 30 dias, rendi exatos 28,5% a mais em comparação ao primeiro dia; perdi alguns centímetros de cintura e quadril e notei alguma definição abdominal (jamais imaginei). A nova alimentação (o whole não é uma dieta!) me ensinou a fazer escolhas mais conscientes, a ficar mais leve (e sequer impactou negativamente na corrida em qualquer momento), com um resultado que a gente enxerga na roupa.
Os 30 dias ficaram pra trás, mas a reeducação ficou. Hoje, continuo no whole30, com pequenas exceções nos finais de semana. A família entrou no clima também e até o pequeno de 7 anos aprecia um pão de “queijo” sem queijo.
Recomendo pra todo mundo porque é, realmente, muito fácil. O que você prefere: um shake dietético ou uma “dieta” em que não há restrição alguma de quantidade, que te permite comer 1kg de picanha com 1 kg de batata doce (e pode fritar, desde que no óleo de coco) na mesma refeição?
