O descanso é importante… E muito!

Fala galera! Quando pensamos em crossfit, o que vem à cabeça é treino, treino e mais treino. Pega peso, corre, salta, agacha… Só que não podemos esquecer que é durante o descanso que realmente temos os ganhos que precisamos para seguir melhorando.

Por exemplo: Você quer fazer um PR de 50 butterfly pull ups. Primeiro será necessário passar por um processo de aprendizagem de como fazer a barra, para ter força que permitirá o você fazer algumas repetições. Aí sim chega o momento de aprender a técnica do buterffly e dar início aos treinamentos para aumentar o volume.

Esses ganhos são adquiridos conforme sua habilidade e força aumentam, mas para que isso aconteça você precisa respeitar alguns limites do seu corpo. É aí que entra a Teoria da Supercompensação, onde o treino precisa ser bem planejado, prevendo um descanso adequado, para que assim você possa continuar evoluindo.

Sendo assim, se você costuma treinar 6 dias por semana, procure colocar um recovery day, no qual você terá um descanso ativo, podendo praticar uma mobilidade ou algum esporte diferente do crossfit, além de também separar um rest day, que será o dia para você não fazer absolutamente NADA. Aproveite! Vá a praia e tome uma agua de coco bem gelada.
